But I haven't checked where the plugin path is, there's info on that in the plugin selector. The wine folder is not in the folder list to scan. So no, the crash is not caused by the plugin, I couldn't even scan for the plugins at all, let alone load them. And it seems to work in Ardour too, through it was late and I couldn't try it out. That same plugin works in Reaper perfectly fine and nothing crashes. Once I managed to get Ardour to scan the plugins (converted to the *.so format), the plugin loaded normally. Could also be the version because this never happened before. The issue is only in Ardour, and the crash is not caused by the plugin but with the scan. I also use Reaper and all the plugins are found, added and working without errors in there. I know vst plugins aren't compatible with Linux, that's why I use it.
